Shipping Policy – Alpha Mode

At Alpha Mode, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST are processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: USPS

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your order and destination.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, Alpha Mode is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Alpha Mode is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Alpha Mode is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS but not received. If you experience an issue, please contact your local post office or reach out to our support team for assistance.
