Eligibility for Refunds

- Items must be in their original packaging
- Opened products are eligible for refund if less than 25% has been used
- Proof of purchase is required

Refund Processing

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
